At Arizona Graphic & Web Design, we use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and other programs (using the most up-to-date Adobe CC programs) for our print and graphic design work. You will receive .pdf proofs via email to look over and approve at all stages.

If you need complex graphs/charts in your project, it's not a problem. Send us the Excel file of the graph/chart, or the data for the graph/chart, and we can either create a professional-looking graph in Adobe Illustrator, or a professional-looking chart in InDesign.

Not only that, but you will be provided with all of the the original files, so that down the road, if you need additional work done, nothing will need to be recreated from scratch. I can't tell you how many times I've had to recreate the client's logos because all the client had was a low-resolution .gif or .jpg, as their designer did not provide them with the editable, raw, high resolution files that the client paid to have created. Even if you don't hire Arizona Graphic & Web Design, please demand all of the original/raw/editable files from your designer, and make sure you have those files backed up carefully.

Ebook Conversions

We now convert manuscripts to .epub and .mobi formats, and prepare them for you to upload to Amazon.com for their Kindle program, as well as for aggregators like Lulu.com and BookBaby.com, who distribute to Barnes & Noble, iBooks, etc. You can supply your manuscript as a Word document, complete with graphics and footnotes, and we will take care of the rest, including creating the table of contents, the cover, formatting all of the text and images to be ebook-compliant, and making sure the files are validated before you submit them.

Copywriting

Our copy on your website, brochure, catalog, etc., will be clear, concise and targeted to your specific customer. Benefit-oriented copy that answers the customer's question, "What's in it for me?", is an effective approach to sales copy of all kinds. Copywriting services could be either cleaning up and enhancing existing documents, or preparing original documents based on information you supply. Proofreading and editing are always included in this service. Product literature, company literature, informative newsletters and web page copy are services that Arizona Graphic & Web Design provides.

Illustration

If you need illustrations of any kind for your project, we now have a very talented illustrator with an MFA to provide this service.

For clients in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona area, we can provide photography for your printed collateral or website. With years of experience directing photo shoots, including on-model and tabletop, we can also provide you with the information you need to supply us with great digital photos for your project.
